On this Depression page I will be
speaking about my on-going battle with depression and how it is
effecting my everyday life. I will go into how my own mind is working,
the daily thoughts and battles I have with myself and how it is
effecting those around me. Hopefully, as the blog picks up, I can speak
with other who are suffering or have suffered with the illness and share
their stories about how they have coped or overcome their own personal
battle.
I
will share relevant articles I come across, help guides that I can
review and put into practice and also speak about the medication side of
things, what medication I have tried plus the affects. I will tie this
in with other accounts with people I speak with and how their medication
has helped or not. I must stress I am in no way a medical professional
and everything I write will come from either my mind or the people I
speak with.
I will aim to post two updates a week (Monday), one at the start of the week followed by one at the end (Friday).
