Anxiety

Anxiety is something that affects everyone in daily life, from just general worries about day to day tasks to being unable to have control of your life as severe anxiety takes over. I have been dealing with anxiety personally and will share my experiences of how it has effected me. From what started as general worries which now has control over me and what implications that has for my life and how I live. 

I will open up about the therapies that I'm undertaking to how I am trying to cope with living day to day with the worries, the panic attacks and the constant fear of feeling something bad is going to happen all the time. 
 Ideally, I would like this page to explore the different aspects of what makes us anxious, how to combat those and move forward with our lives. Although I currently am battling anxiety, I feel positive that I will get through this and will share each step of my journey in the hope that you can share yours with me too. 

I will share any relevant techniques, thoughts, processes and information that will be relative to the battle. As I have mentioned previously I am not a medical professional, so the views shared will be my opinion (or facts that I come across). I hope to speak with therapists, doctors and charities to express their views on how best to deal with anxiety and get their general opinions on the help that is available out there.
